Independence is the important point. INAA is not a single global firm with branch offices. It is an association of established local practices, each professionally qualified and regulated in its own country. When you need advice in Germany, Spain or Singapore, you are introduced to a firm with direct knowledge of how business is conducted in that market.

What is INAA?
INAA is an international association of independent accounting, audit, advisory and law firms, founded over 30 years ago and based in Brussels. It has 140 member firms across 50 countries. Members remain fully independent businesses. The association exists so that each firm can call on trusted expertise in other jurisdictions when a client needs it.
Does being an INAA member mean Bracey's has offices overseas?
No, and the distinction is an important one. Our offices are in the UK. INAA gives us access to independent member firms that are established and regulated in their own countries, which is generally more useful to you than a branch office. Local firms understand the local rules, the local regulators and local business practice.
I need advice in a country I am not familiar with. How does that work?
Let us know what you need and in which country. We will approach the INAA member firm there, brief them on your situation and make the introduction. You retain your Bracey’s contact throughout, and we remain involved so that the UK and overseas advice fit together.
My business is based overseas, and I am setting up in the UK. Can you help?
Yes. This is a significant part of our work. We can advise on the appropriate structure for your UK operation, handle company formation and registrations, and then carry out the ongoing accounting, tax, VAT, payroll and audit work so that your UK compliance obligations are met.
Do you charge more for international work?
Our UK work is priced on the same basis as any other engagement, and we agree the scope with you before we start. Where an overseas member firm is involved, that firm bills for its own work, and we will make the position clear from the outset.
